Marvel ‘Black Panther 2’ trailer revealed – check it out!
As the cast continues without late actor Chadwick Boseman, Marvel unveiled the trailer for “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” on Saturday at San Diego Comic-Con.
A lyrical motif from Kendrick Lamar’s song “Alright,” “We Gon’ Be Alright,” can be heard in the trailer. The video also shows scenes from Wakanda’s surroundings and what appears to be a funeral, at which a lot of Wakandans are wearing white.
Although it’s still not clear who is wearing the Black Panther costume, the video shows someone wearing it. In the first movie, T’Challa, played by Boseman, played the Black Panther.
The movie will apparently follow T’Challa’s surviving family as they try to deal with his death, according to the trailer.
On stage at the Comic-Con event, writer and director Ryan Coogler discussed the passing of the lead actor from the first film. On the original “Black Panther” film, Coogler had contributed.
