Nigeria: APC’s Ahmed Bola Tinubu promises to create 1 million jobs in 2 years if elected in 2023

Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) says if elected, he would create one million jobs in two years.

On Thursday, November 10, 2022, Otunba Femi Pedro, a former deputy governor of Lagos State, provided this pledge when outlining Tinubu’s platform at a one-way symposium in Abuja.

Pedro went on to say that Tinubu has 12 important economic proposals to help Nigeria resolve its current issues.

He claims that among the other important economic plans the presidential candidate wants to put into action are those to bring back manufacturing firms like Dunlop that have long since left the country, revive the commodity boards, empower women, increase the availability of infrastructure, and reduce inflation.
