ECOWAS Celebrates At 20
The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) celebrates their ECOWAS Parliament 20 years anniversary. According to a recent tweet from the Speaker of ECOWAS Parliament RT. HONORABLE SIDIE MOHAMED TUNIS, In 20 years there are remarkable achievements and progress.
According to him, such achievements are glaring in view of the fact that at the moment, the people of the sub-region can be said to own the processes that lead to the actions and interventions taken on their behalf. #ECOWASParliamentAt20
He went further to say according to his ”Quote of the Day”,
” Let me assure the West Africa citizens that the leadership of the 5th Legislature is committed to ensuring that the ECOWAS Parliament is brought closer to them and that the integration mantra will not just be strengthened, but brought to its finality.
