After a significant blackout on August 11, 2022, several streets in downtown Toronto are without electricity.
The Eaton Centre, the Toronto police headquarters, and St. Lawrence Market are among the other locations impacted by the outage.
According to Toronto Transportation Services, the outage has a four-block radius at the very least.
According to Toronto Hydro’s outage map, there are currently up to 10,000 customers who are without power from College Street to the Gardiner Expressway and between the Bayview Extension and University Avenue.
