Recipe/Ingredients
- Fresh peeled and chopped quava: 1 Cup ( 165 gms)
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Cold water : ½ cup ( 120 ml)
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves: 2-3 leaves
There are other delicious recipes out there but for the sake of this article, we’ll using the recipe given above.
Step 1: Before we start preparing our guava juice, make sure your ingredients are in place. If you’re unsure about where to get the ingredients you can check the nearest supermarket close to you. After getting your ingredients, take your fresh guava fruit and peel/chop it into small chunks and put the chunks of guava in a cup or bowl.
Step 2: After cutting your guava into chunks, bring in your electric blender and turn the chopped guava inside, add some water and sugar and blend for some seconds or until it becomes smooth. But be careful not to overdo it so that the seeds don’t become to hard to strain out.
Step 3: After blending your guava fruit, turn the juice into a cup or bowl and strain out the seeds using either a filter or filtering material at home.
Step 4: And lastly, add some ice cubes and mint leaves on top of your fresh guava juice. Yay! Your fresh and yummy Guava Juice is ready. Yummy right?!
