Eid-El Kabir: Things to take note of this festive season
Eid al-Adha 2021 in Nigeria began in the evening of 19 July and ends in the evening of 21 July, Eid al-Adha, Arabic for Festival of the Sacrifice, is the latter of the two official holidays celebrated within Islam.
It honours the willingness of Abraham to sacrifice his son Ishmael as an act of obedience to God’s command.
Today July 20th 2021 Muslim faithfuls Nationwide (NIGERIA) celebrates, this festive period Eid el Kabir.
Below are few things to take note of or do during this festive period.
(1) Do not engage your self in night travels, due to security issues/challenges in the country.
(2) If you must pay any body a visit kindly go with someone or in group.
(3) Be security alert, if you suspect any unwholesome activity kindly report to security personnels at once.
(4) Correspond to the covid-19 guildlines, wear your face mask, sanitize your hands.
(5) Do not over speed when driving, to avoid road accident.
Note: The security of the nation is a duty of every citizen
