Google Doodle celebrates Jollof rice

Google is honoring jollof rice even though World Jollof Day is on August 22. Jollof rice is a traditional West African dish that is stewed in reduced tomatoes, onions, peppers, and regional spices, according to Google.

Haneefah Adam, a guest artist from Nigeria, created the lovely live-action doodle of jollof rice. We adore how, at the conclusion, you can see the variety of side dishes, including plantain and chicken, that you can eat jollof rice with. Herve Samb, a jazz musician from Senegal, also composed the music for the film.
